Stephanie Dixon - Executive Director
Bio- I began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2000. I was suffering from a lower back injury, 2 herniated discs L4 and L5. I injured it when I was 16 years old. I was hospitalized several times throughout most of my adult life. Now I have been practicing Bikram for 9 years and my back feels great and I have had no sciatica symptoms.
